Support Services

Ro@chIT offer a range of IT and Computer services to Home and Small business users. These include:

Computer repair and maintenance - We offer on-site or collect and return computer repairs, both hardware and software. As well as performing routine maintenance and software installation. We operate on a no-fix, no-fee basis.


Networking and Internet Access - From small home networks and Internet connections to installation of additionnal points on a business LAN. We have a large amount of experience in configuring Wireless access points and connections as well as securing your internal network.

Website Design - We can design, create and implement simple static sites with a small number of pages to more complex database web applications. We are able to optimise your sites for the best search engine performance and also offer a maintenance service so that pages can be kept up to date. Examples of sites previously designed by Ro@chIT can be found on our Web Design page. We also web hosting services providing support for all major web site requirements.

Application Support - We offer support for most major office applications including Microsoft Office and email clients. We have an expansive knowledge in advanced excel application development and macro / VB authoring. Database development is a specialty in SQL, MySQL and MS Access.
